What is Redemptive Coaching?

Coaching becomes Redemptive by how we answer three key questions within every coaching relationship:

Who are we going with? Where are we going? How do we get there?

Definition:

Coaching is a series of conversations between intentional partners that brings wholistic change through awareness and action

Redemptive Approach:

  • Coaching traditionally states that only the coach and the coachee are in the room, but we acknowledge God’s Spirit as an active player.

  • Inside-out change that freely moves towards Jesus, as the coachee choses.

  • The deeper the inside-out change, the more we are reliant on God’s unlimited power.
